A ritual to carry out every evening as a routine just for you to refocus on what matters:

- Prepare a good herbal tea

- Light your favorite candle

- Listen to music that makes us feel good

- Note the gratitudes of the day

- Immerse yourself in your favorite book before a good night's sleep (hello screens!)
